Mr. Carlton is passionate about technology leadership, the safe & clinically efficacious use of medical technology and building deep customer intimacy. He currently serves as the Finance Chair and Board Member for the Cosmetic Surgery Foundation. Mr. Carlton has repeatedly led teams that delivered strong growth and profitability that outperformed the market. On multiple occasions, his teams have doubled revenue organically within three years.
Prior to leading Quanta, Christopher was President, North America for the largest energy-based device company in medical aesthetics. Under his guidance, the company successfully integrated a major acquisition, enjoyed revenue growth of 30-50% CAGR, and in his final year with the company, was approximately 200% of its profitability target.
Over the past 25 years, Mr. Carlton has served as Vice President and Global General Manager – Interventional Oncology at Covidien, LTD, was CEO of NASDAQ-listed SRI Surgical, President of Dräger Medical, and in positions of progressively greater leadership responsibility over eleven years with GE Marquette Medical Systems.
He holds a BS in Industrial Engineering (With Honors), a Graduate Diploma in Management, and a MBA. He is a graduate of the GE Management Development Institute- Crotonville, and the Program on Negotiation at Harvard Law School.

Patrick Bitter, Jr., M.D. is regarded as THE Pioneer in the use of pulsed light technology for skin rejuvenation as the developer of the acclaimed FotoFacial procedure to rejuvenate aged skin and has been featured as a celebrity dermatologist on ABC’s Extreme Makeover.
Dr. Bitter is a board-certified dermatologist specializing in non-surgical treatments to improve skin health and delay aging and anti-aging medicine. He is the founder of Advanced Aesthetic Dermatology and maintains medical practices in Los Gatos, CA and Beverly Hills, CA. He graduated from the University of California with highest honors in Biology. He received his medical degree from Stanford University School of Medicine. He completed his dermatology residency at Stanford University School of Medicine in 1986.
He has authored several ground-breaking scientific papers on the use of pulsed light for skin rejuvenation. He is a sought after lecturer and teacher and has taught over four thousand physicians world-wide in the use of pulsed light. He is a member of several professional societies including Fellowship in the American Academy of Dermatology and the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. Phil Hong Nguyen, MD

Dr. Phil Nguyen is ranked in the TOP 20 of More Than 30,000 Allergan Practices in the USA. He has been a licensed physician in the state of Colorado for the past 18 years. He also holds licenses in the states of Indiana and California. He graduated from Indiana University School of Medicine in 1998. He has been doing cosmetic/ aesthetic procedures since 2001. Dr. Nguyen prides himself in being an artist and minored in Fine Arts Studio for his undergraduate studies. He paints, draws and sculpts. Thus, he naturally gravitated to the cosmetic/ aesthetic field of medicine. Dr. Nguyen trained in family practice and did his internship at the University of Colorado Swedish Medical Center.
Dr. Phil takes great pride in giving his patients a natural looking appearance, and has had over 14 years experience performing injectable procedures. He personally sees about 1000 faithful patients a month, making him one of the most experienced and sought after cosmetic physicians in the country. Rebecca Gelber, MD

Dr. Rebecca Gelber is the founder and active medical provider running Tahoe Aesthetic Medicine, a practice devoted to obtaining the maximal nonsurgical results for patients through combinations of light and laser therapy, thread therapy and a wide range of injectables. She also offers regenerative cell therapies.
She graduated from the Johns Hopkins School of Medicine and since that time has taught medicine at both University of California at Davis and University of Nevada at Reno. She now teaches both nationally and internationally on aesthetic topics to help clinicians improve their technical skills and office success.
She has completed the A4M aesthetic fellowship and been awarded both Clinical Teacher of the Year in Emergency Medicine at UC Davis and also Best Overall Facial MakeOver at THE Aesthetic Show in 2016. She continues to advance her own training with the aim of providing the highest level of medical experience to share with both patients and students.

Lydia Zaffini brings over 25 years experience in sales, marketing and operations to the organization and is responsible for the strategy and delivery for all marketing activities. Throughout her career, she has run sales and marketing organizations, developed and produced events ranging in size from hundreds to thousands; and helped create and implement the business strategy for early stage companies, new and existing lines of business, geographic and offerings expansions, and acquisition targets.
Her background includes sales management positions at Motorola, sales and marketing management positions at Apple, sales and services operations management positions at IBM, executive positions at various early stage software and services companies, and line of business management at Technology Services Industry Association. She currently also serves as a marketing director for Sutherland Global Services, an integrated business processing outsourcing firm.

David L. Bindrup, JD, CPA, LL.M. is the founding attorney of the David Bindrup Law Firm. David is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and has a Masters of Law (LL.M.) in Taxation.
David studied Accounting at Brigham Young University, ranked #2 in Accounting programs nationwide at the time. After graduating from Brigham Young University, David was recruited by the international accounting firm of Ernst & Young LLP, and worked there for several years in California and Nevada, where he received an early promotion to Senior Accountant and was on the fast-track to Partner.
David left Ernst & Young to attend law school so that he could pursue his love of estate planning. While attending law school in Michigan at the Thomas Cooley School of Law, David had the opportunity to participate in the elite Sixty Plus Clinic, a pro bono clinic that provides estate planning services to low income seniors. But most importantly, this experience reassured David’s passion for estate planning.
David not only graduated with his Juris Doctorate (Cum Laude), but also passed all four parts of the CPA exam while attending law school full-time and finished at the top of his class with his Masters of Law (LL.M.) in Taxation.
During law school in Michigan, David worked for the well-respected Lowe Law Firm, assisting in complex estate planning, business planning and tax planning. Prior to joining Grant Morris Dodds, David also worked at Gerrard Cox Larsen, another estate planning, asset protection and probate law firm. In 2012, David chose to leave Grant Morris Dodds to open his own estate planning firm, in part to ensure that his clients continue to receive the highest quality of service at reasonable rates.
As an Attorney and CPA with an LL.M. in Taxation, David specializes in the areas of estate planning, business planning and entity formation, asset protection and probate. David speaks frequently to the public, civic groups and professional associations, including National Business Institute (largest continual education provider for attorneys) where he teaches local attorneys how
to draft estate plans for large estates.

Ms. Januik is an active community leader and is currently a board member of Las Vegas Heals. Previously she served as a board member for the nonprofit Southern Nevada Gymkhana Association.
